◆ About the application used
・ For the event will be held using the web conferencing tool “Zoom”, please be sure to check if both of your audio and video camera is working properly. It is also possible to turn off the video camera on the customer’s side. (There will be support from the staff in advance, so please check the details via email after application.)
◆ About advance guidance and advance connection meeting
・ We will contact you in advance via email with details and instructions for the day of the event.
・ Register for the ONEWORLD Official LINE before the day of the event.
・ If you wish, you can participate in the pre-connection meeting that we will guide our customers before the day of the event.
* In the pre-connection meeting, the staff will check the connection such as audio and video camera as in the actual Online Fansign Event.
◆ Notes on application <Star Ticket>
・ Up to 10 tickets can be purchased for each member per order.
(You can apply for for extra 10 tickets by ordering again.)
・ This event is limited to 150 tickets per member and is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to purchase, please apply as soon as possible.
・ If you purchase multiple tickets of the same member, even if the order number given is divided, the fansign will be progressed continuously.
★Please be sure to register with your PC e-mail address to prevent non-delivery of advance notice e-mails due to the e-mail reception function settings of each mobile carrier.
・ When placing an order, please type in the name you want the artist to write (nicknames other than modifiers are possible, within 6 characters in Hiragana (or Katakana), Korean (Hangeul) or Alphabet), and your LINE ID (or Skype ID if you do not have a LINE ID). LINE ID (or Skype ID) will be used to send the “Zoom” Online Fansign Event participation URL on the day of the event.
・ You can only enter one name for each purchase.
・ Please note that if you enter more than one name, the name you entered first will be written. If you do not enter your name, it will proceed without your name written.
・ If you entered your name in Hangul, garbled characters may be seen during the confirmation screen, but please be assured that it will be processed properly.
*The name you entered will be used as the name you want the artist to write during the Online Fansign Event and mentioned in the 10-second Voice message of the ticket purchase prize.
◆ Precautions when making a payment transfer <Star Ticket>
* When making a transfer, please be sure to transfer the total amount including the system usage fee in the same name as the applicant. (If the name of the applicant and the name of the transfer account are different, or if the amount is insufficient, the payment cannot be confirmed.)
* Please be sure to specify the last 4 digits of the order number before the transfer name.
* In any case, applications are invalid if the payment date confirmed in our company is over the payment deadline written above, and we will not refund the application that is judged to be invalid.
= If you make a payment after the deadline, you will only be sent autographed merchandise and purchase benefits, and you will not be able to participate in the Online Fansign Event.

◆ Notes on the day of the event
・ On the day of the event, it will proceed in the order of the order table sent in advance.
・ Please be sure to enter using a username including the “last 5 digits of your order number”. (If the order number is not stated, we may not be able to approve it.)
※The event will be proceeded by customer + member + staff (participation only by voice guidance). You can choose to have a Japanese-Korean interpreter if you wish, but please note that it will not be a professional interpreter but will be a “dialogue supporter” between the customer and the member.
※ Please participate in the event in a place and condition where you can connect to the stable internet, not Free wi-fi. (PC is recommended)
※We recommend that you refrain from participating in public places and other people appearing, as the event will proceed like a video call.
◆A request to our fans★
<Non-face-to-face Online Fansign Event> is a precious time for artists and fans to meet.
During the online signing event, if there are any rude requests/profanity/speech against the artist, we will immediately stop the signing event and take a compulsory leave.
In addition, during the event, even though the location is private, some fans visit, and there are cases where complaints from nearby residents are received. Please refrain from these actions to maintain the order of the fans and for the smooth progress of the artist’s schedule.
◆ Information about purchase benefits
*The prize of “Polaroid” and “10-second voice message” will be applied when you purchase Online Fansign Tickets simultaneously. If the dates and times are different, the members are different, or the orders are different, the benefits will be invalidated.
(Example:
〇 Purchase of 5 Online Fansign Tickets of SEI = Can be applied for the special prize
X Purchase of 3 Online Fansign Tickets of SEI + 2 Online Fansign Tickets of LUA etc. = Not eligible for special prize. The same applies to the simultaneous purchase of 10 tickets.)
*Special prize will be sent to the customer’s LINE ID (Free calls and messages application) asked when placing an order. The delivery period is within one week after the end of the Online Fansign Event, and we will not be able to send it to any other application other than the LINE we asked for when placing an order. Also, we cannot resend special benefits sent digitally if the customer was not able to save the file during the storage limitation due.
*The “Polaroid”, which is a bonus of simultaneous purchase, will be enclosed when shipping signed goods.
* The Online Fansign Event will be progressed in order in which the orders are received. Also, due to the specifications of the Zoom application and to ensure the smooth progress of the event, customers who have purchased more than 5 online fansign tickets at the same time will be informed of their time in 5-minute intervals. (It is not possible to proceed time that exceeds 5 minutes)
Example:
If you purchase 10 online fansign tickets
→5 minutes / 5 minutes, a total of 10 minutes.
If you purchase 8 online fansign tickets
→5 minutes / 3 minutes, a total of 8 minutes.
*Please be aware of the information above for the event process, and we will contact you via email or LINE/Skype regarding specific details or the order of the day event beforehand for those who applied.
■ Notes on delivery
・ After the Online Fansign Event, the goods signed by the members will be sent to the address written at the time of application.
・ The information at the time of application will be used, and even if the information is changed after application, it will not be changed. Please be sure to confirm the shipping address in advance.
・ Please note that it may take up to a month for the autographed goods to be sent from South Korea.
・ We will store and deliver the customer`s goods as carefully as possible, but please note that some of the autographed goods may be broken or scratched depending on the situation of the shipping company.
・ Japanese address = domestic delivery in Japan, Korean address = domestic delivery in Korea, other overseas addresses = digital delivery.

・Since the event is sponsored by ONEWORLD Co., Ltd., please note that the information and guidance on the day of the event will be in Japanese and Korean only.
・Please note that the transfer bank account will be a a Japanese/Korean bank account. We do not have any transfer methods other than cash payment.
* For fans living in South Korea: Information for direct remittance to a Korean bank account will be sent.
* For fans living overseas: Information for overseas remittance to a Japanese bank account will be sent.
★For overseas shipping of signed merchandise in countries other than Japan and South Korea, only “Digital delivery” will be proceeded, in which the merchandise signed by the artist are scanned and will be sent to the customer’s LINE/Skype as data. (There will be no additional shipping charges.)
